From the heart of Gajewski Family Farm in Ashley, Illinois, comes premium beef raised with passion and precision. This isn't just beef; it's a commitment to quality passed down through generations. Overlooked by our dedicated butcher, Matt, and guided by the legacy of previous owner Fred, our farm is home to 60-65 Angus and Simmental brood cows. Since 2010, we've dedicated ourselves to raising top-quality registered Angus females, evolving from a commercial cow/calf operation into a seed stock program driven by superior genetics and performance. Beyond our registered program, we maintain a feedlot of 40-50 head of Black Angus and SimAngus fat cattle.
